After earning his architecture degree from the University of Cape Town in 1996, he moved to New York, where he worked on museum design at Ralph Appelbaum Associates and on brand environments alongside “branding guru” Marc Gobé.
In 2008, he met Lawrence Knights, with whom he co-founded Kwerk in 2015. At kwerk, he develops emotional design, creating work environments that spark strong, positive, and engaging emotions. He envisions each location as a unique piece of the same collection, exploring materials and blends of influences that resonate within us all.
Maud Chuffart has been teaching yoga for over 20 years and was trained in traditional yoga practices in India, where she founded The Yoga House, an innovative concept combining a yoga studio, restaurant, and lifestyle boutique. Since the creation of kwerk, she has overseen the entire Wellworking program, developing offerings that enable each member to enhance the quality of their working time.

After several years working in IT, Timothée joined Kwerk in 2017 to establish the sales division and later took on responsibility for real estate development. Having played competitive tennis for many years, he is a firm believer in the importance of physical and mental well-being at work and has a true passion for hospitality. His encounter with Kwerk was, therefore, a genuine professional love at first sight.
